Delivery Times:

Transit Time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri), depending on your location.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility: Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Items missing packaging or tags are not eligible for return.

Return Process:
1. Contact us at support@wavexhats.com, by phone, or via live chat within 30 days of receipt.
2. We will send return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging with tags.
4. Ship it back as instructed.
5. Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Timeline: Processed within 10 business days after inspection. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Return Shipping: Returns made within the 30-day window are free of charge to you, including for defective, damaged, incorrect, or change-of-mind items.
