Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Order Cut-Off Time: 1:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri).

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Transit Time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri), depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses across the United States from our fulfillment center in Melbourne, Florida.
If your shipping address is outside our service area, you will be notified during checkout.

Tracking & Carrier

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
All orders are shipped via FedEx.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your courier, neighbors, or building management.
Customers must ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Wavexhats cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
